Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with Incredible Explorer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after we receive your advance payment and send you a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

1.2 Payment Terms

• Advance payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Balance payment must be made at least 7 days before the trek/experience date
• Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of the trek date
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments

2. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy page for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

3. Trek/Experience Modifications

3.1 Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Political disturbances
• Health and safety concerns
• Force majeure events

3.2 No Refund for Modifications

No refund will be provided for itinerary modifications made due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Fitness

• Participants must be in good health and physically fit for the chosen activity
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
• Participants with heart conditions, asthma, or other serious ailments must consult a doctor before booking

4.2 Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements apply to certain treks. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Solo travelers under 18 are not permitted.

4.3 Required Documents

Participants must carry valid government-issued photo ID proof at all times during the trek/experience.

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 Guide Instructions

All participants must follow the instructions of the trek leader/guide at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the trek without refund.

5.2 Alcohol and Drugs

Consumption of alcohol or drugs during the trek is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.

5.3 Environmental Responsibility

Participants must follow Leave No Trace principles and respect local communities and their customs.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Personal Belongings

Incredible Explorer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trek/experience.

6.2 Accidents and Injuries

While we take all safety precautions, adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants join at their own risk and Incredible Explorer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or death resulting from participation.

6.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance before your trek.

7. Inclusions and Exclusions

7.1 What's Included

Details of inclusions are mentioned in each specific trek/experience package.

7.2 What's Not Included

• Personal expenses (snacks, beverages, etc.)
• Travel insurance
• Porter services (unless specified)
• Any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our treks/experiences, you grant Incredible Explorer permission to use photographs and videos taken during the trek for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Incredible Explorer website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
